Greetings,

We’ll be boating out onto the fields this week to dive for vegetables.

We had a gully washer on Monday like I’ve never seen. The fields were saturated from the night before so the rain rose out of the ground and began to flow over the fields in a matter of minutes. The crops seemed to take it okay for the most part, but we had some erosion. Nothing like Iowa, but enough drama for me.

Peppers, both purple and green, and red potatoes are the new additions this week.
